Stephan Melchior is managing director and consultant/instructor of Wilson Learning Middle East in Dubai. In the past, Stephan worked in large multi-national companies in various areas of Marketing and Training helping the company to succeed in regional European and African/Middle Eastern markets. Regional marketing plans, business reporting, pricing strategies, and active sales support were among his main activities. Further to this, he has developed several competitive strategies depending on the market requirements and the specific situation.

As a senior in-house trainer, Stephan Melchior has worked with sales people and sales managers carrying out performance assessments and performance and skills gap analyses to determine the individual training needs of the sales force and their leadership team. Several instructor training programs (e.g. “Leader Instructor Skills” by the University of Illinois, “Performance Based Instruction”, and internal programs) have helped build Stephan’s outstanding people skills and the ability to focus on customer needs and performance analysis in clients’ organizations.

Stephan has conducted training for well over 2,500 participants internally, in the automotive machinery industry, and other companies over the past years in various countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Bahrain, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, Spain, France, UK, Italy, Russia, Mongolia, USA. He has lived in Germany, Spain, and Switzerland, and has recently relocated to Dubai, UAE.
