Negotiation Skills for HR Professionals

In this session, Mr. Melchior will discuss how negotiation is a powerful tool that can be used to achieve business success and personal happiness. Using research from the Harvard Negotiation Project’s extensive field research over the past 25 years, Mr. Melchior describes the seven critical elements of effective negotiation and how attendees can use them. This negotiation model has helped to resolve international conflicts and train executives to negotiate successfully. You will learn to: recognize the elements of negotiation; reach a mutually beneficial agreement even in high-stakes negotiations; and improve your interpersonal relationships on a daily basis both at work and home.
